Shipping & Returns
Order
Orders are processed within 2-5 days upon payment. Orders placed on a weekend or a national holiday will be processed on the following business days. Once your order is processed, an email with a tracking number of your order will be sent.
Domestic Shipping Information
Free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 within Canada. Orders are expected to place with 3-5 business days to make.

International Shipping Information
International orders are shipped within 5-10 days upon the payment with the charge of $10. The recipient is responsible for paying for import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees given by the destination country.

Returns
We absolutely want you to fall in love with our LENITI pieces, however for any reasons should there be a change of mind, do not worry. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of arrival of the item. All returned items must be unworn or unused and in the original box and packaging. All custom design pieces and sale items are final. Please note we do not offer exchanges, instead, you can opt for store credit. To start the return process, please reach us at contact@leniti.com with the order number. We will send you the return label with the return merchandise authorization.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned item and after inspection, we will notify you of the confirmation of refund issuance via email. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the credit to post in the original payment method after notification email.
Shipping Fees and Duties and Taxes
You will be responsible for your return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. These shipping fees will be deducted from your refund when you receive it. Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of customers, so it will not be included in the refund or credit amount.
