Order Processing Time
At LENITI, most of our pieces are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment, and this allows us the time to make each piece just right for you. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow your beautiful new pieces on their journey to you.

Domestic Shipping Information
Free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 within Canada. Orders are expected to be shipped after 2-5 business days of making. All orders are shipped with Canada Post or UPS from Canada.

US Shipping Information
US orders are also shipped with Canada Post or UPS within 2-5 days upon the payment. The recipient is responsible for paying for import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees given by the destination country.

Returns
At LENITI, we want you to fall in love with every piece you choose. But if you change your mind, don't worry—we've got you covered. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of arrival. Just make sure the items are unworn, unused, and in their original box and packaging. Please remember that custom design pieces and sale items are final. While we don't offer exchanges, you can choose to receive store credit instead. To start the return process, simply reach out to us at order@leniti.com with your order number, and we'll send you a return label.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm the issuance of your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your original payment method after you receive the notification email.
Shipping Fees and Duties and Taxes
You will be responsible for the return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. These fees will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please note that duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and will not be included in the refund or store credit amount.
