1. How many days does it take to process once order is placed online?


From website

Orders are processed within 2-5 days (2-5 days process payment 2-5 days to process order and get ready to ship) upon payment and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or a national holiday will be processed on the following business days.

Back orders
It is on the way!  We will process your order as soon as we have it in stock.  Stay tuned! You will be informed once we have it in stock.  

Express shipment is available for an additional charge. Please contact our customer service if you have an urgent order. 

2. Can I update / cancel the order after order is placed?

Yes you can! Your satisfaction is matter to us. We do our best to make you happy with our products and service. If necessary, we are happy to accept the order for exchange or credit within 10 business days.

3. Can I have engraving / customize my order?

Yes, we can make your jewelry as special as you! Please contact our customer service for more detail.

4. Can you process international order?

Yes, International order also handled by us.  

Domestic Shipping Information

Free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 within Canada. Orders are expected to place with 3-5 business days to make. 

Standard Up to 7 business days $10
Xpresspost 2 to 4 business days $15
Priority 2-4 Business days $20

 

International Shipping Information

International orders are shipped within 5-10 days upon the payment with the charge of $10. The recipient is responsible for paying for import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees given by the destination country. 

Standard Up to 7 business days $ 20
Priority 2-3 Business days $ 45

Shipment & Tracking

 

1. How many days need to ship my order?

After processing the order, it takes 3 days for domestic orders and 5 days for international orders.

2. What is the shipping method?

For Canada, Canada Post Expedite is your main method of shipping
For USA & International customer, DHL would be your main method of shipping

Please be considered we cannot ship your order to any PO box address since it is mandatory to obtain customer's signature upon delivery.  

3. Is the order going to charge for duties and taxes?

Orders from US & Canada : Duties are included in the shipping fee.  Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at the check-out page, depending on the shipping address (state/province) 

International orders : Your shipment may be subjected to duties and taxes that you will need to take care of.  We do not have any authority to control those fees and the amount will be different, depending on the shipping address.  Please contact your local customs office for further information. This is your responsibility and we won’t be able to redeem.  

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we are sending the tracking # to your email address so you will get an update related to your order. Also, tracking link is available under your Leniti account at any time.  Please log into leneti customer site and click “order status”

 

Returns

We absolutely want you to fall in love with our LENITI pieces, however for any reasons should there be a change of mind, do not worry. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of arrival of the item. All returned items must be unworn or unused and in the original box and packaging. All custom design pieces and sale items are final. Please note we do not offer exchanges, instead, you can opt for store credit. To start the return process, please reach us at contact@leniti.com with the order number. We will send you the return label with the return merchandise authorization.

 

Refunds

 

1. Is my order exchangeable? 

Upon receipt of the returned item and after inspection, we will notify you of the confirmation of refund issuance via email. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the credit to post in the original payment method after notification email.

2. Can I return / exchange customized products?

We cannot process return or exchange for customized products.

3. How can I start the return process?

Please contact our customer care immediately.  Also, you can start your return by clicking “my return” from your leniti account.  Once you fill out the form and submit, our customer care team will reach out to you.
